Hard data
We collect transaction data, from public sources,
economic databases,
comparators/aggregators,
from partners and through PSD 2, and also from bank transactions.
It deals with financial and real estate market monitoring and data analysis. It significantly facilitates business decisions and provides an overview of the most important news in the world of finance and real estate. But EMA is not just studies, data and tables, it is also a whole community of experts and professionals who are an active part of it.
It supplements it with professional research among financial consultants and customers. It compiles data in the areas of distribution, life and non-life insurance, mortgages, building savings, investments, credit and the property market. In addition, we purchase economic indicators and conduct our own market research among consumers and financial consultants.
EMA is a tool that significantly facilitates and clarifies decision-making in the financial sector. It fills the gap between how banks, insurance companies and intermediaries make decisions today and what financial consultants and clients actually want.

Interactive dashboards
We collect transaction data, from public sources,
economic databases,
comparators/aggregators,
from partners and through PSD 2, and also from bank transactions.
We supplement the raw data with our own surveys among clients and intermediaries. The surveys are followed up by detailed focus groups.
All outputs are processed by the analytics team, which checks and prepares the most important trends for publication.
The result is a unique database of hard/soft data and analysis that covers areas of credit, insurance, investments and real estate.
We publish data online in the form of interactive
dashboards, where the customer quickly finds what he/she needs.
The analyst team itself selects the most important topics and discusses them in depth several times a month on 25-30 slides.
Some of the content is published publicly on the EMA data website, on the website Poradci.sobě.cz, in the mass media and on LinkedIn.
